Prospectus Overview

Artwork to be shown at Charles Francis Gallery.  

 .  2-D work to be displayed on easels ( artist must supply their own easel(s))

 .  Small items or prints will be displayed on a community table or in print bins.  

 . All work shall have a QR code or venmo acct number for Check out,

Eligibility and Entry Process:

  • Open to all Art Works Northwest artists

  • All entries are to be submitted via the website at Artworksnw.org under the tab Show entry.

  • Submit one image  for  promotinal use. 

Acceptance:

All members will be accepted.  Artist is guarenteed 1 easal, space in the print bind and table space.  Depending on Artist sign up, you will be notification of additional Easel space by Nov 15th. 
 

Please check your email to ensure messages from art.works.northwest@gmail.com are received and not intercepted by your SPAM folder.
 

I​Framing and Presentation Requirements

  • All work intended for display MUST be fitted with a secure wire for hanging.

  • We strongly suggest framing two-dimensional works for optimal presentation.

  • If you have doubts about your finished look, don't hesitate to get in touch with pamsharpartist@gmail.com

Sale of Art

  • Art for sale should have artist contact information and Venmo or other method to accept payment. The exhibit will not be staffed the entire time.. ​​

  • Artish should attend as buyer anre more inclined to purchase work from the Aritist. 

  • Artists that are currently under contract with Charles Framcis can show additional work at thiis time.  Work already under contract will still be subject to your contract with Charles Frances. 

Delivery/Pickup of Artwork:

  • Set up time will be november 19th from 2 -6 pm. Unless cotacted.

  • Pick up is close of show Saturday the 21.

Artist's Application

Fields with asterisks are required. If you fail to include them, the form may reset and you will need to enter your information again. The phone number must include the country code (pre-filled for the USA/Canada).

Please select one piece for promotional advertising.


The file name should be in the format: artist last name_number_title_price.jpg, e.g. sharp_1_teton fall_200.jpg (or jpeg).
