I enjoy beautiful things, always have. I was born right after WWII and come from a very small family, Someone always had a camera. Gramps had an old box camera, mom had one with the revolving flash cube on top. Then Grandma got into the slide camera and took photos of everything! My mom took the worst photos ever … it became the family joke…So it was my job to take photos of the event when mom wasn’t looking! As I grew up I continued to photograph beautiful things. Flowers, birds, horses, rodeos, and dogs. My first really good camera was a gift when I was struck down with Guillian Barre’ syndrome two years ago. Now I am learning how to get off ‘automatic’. It’s fun. I’ve reached a point in my life “if it’s not fun don’t do it.”
